My Ideal Weight - Affirmations

Affirmations – My Ideal Weight – Affirmations by Jeff Staniforth and Dr. Jay Polmar.

Description: A persons Body Mass Index (BMI) is a great indicator of whether your weight is putting your life at risk. To get your BMI simply divide your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared. A measurement of 18.5 to 24.9 is said to be normal. Anything under 18.5 is considered underweight, while a BMI of 25 and above is overweight. You are considered obese if your BMI is between 30 and above. Practice using these affirmations to start moving towards your ideal weight.

Sample Affirmations:

  • I only love to eat foods that are for my highest good.
  • I am moving closer to my ideal weight now
  • Every day I feel more and more energized
  • I choose foods that nourish my body
  • I love making healthy diet choices
  • I chew thoroughly, savoring every bite
